Florida Social Security Disability

A recent decision following a class action lawsuit filed by seven combat veterans, may result in benefits being provided to thousands of Iraq and Afghanistan veterans discharged with post-traumatic stress disorder.  The class action suit alleged that the military illegally denied benefits to those discharged, at least in part, because of the disorder during a six-year period that ended October 14, 2008.  The military has agreed to review the records of recent veterans discharged with PTSD and determine whether they were improperly denied benefits.  If you feel that you were wrongfully denied benefits, please feel free to give me a call at 352-629-0480 for a free consultation.
